The rooms are big enough to give you a home like comfort. Massage services are available , while i also noticed that security has been given a fair importance, CCTV is install in the hallways. Staff is cooperative and guidance provided by the reception desk is quite detailed and tourist friendly.
The hotel is situated next to a gas station, & even if you get yourself a room with a window facing the main road, there isn't much to look for through it. Tv screen was too small (may be 14 inch) and there was no refrigerator in the room.

1) The ''Hotel'' is next to a big gas station and till 3am jeepneys and trucks were coming to fill up gasoline with the music on the max...even if you wanted you couldn't sleep.. Also its next to a very busy road with loads of trucks passing by...So if you want to sleep dont go at this hotel.. Also it looks more like a few hours hotel if you want my opinion

It was close to everything.
Getting rang up at 2:00am telling us that we have to check out and having an argument with them telling them that there checkout is meant to be 12:00 not 2:00am and they still made us pay for another day or we had to leave. And the stained sheet it looked discusting. And there were no other sheets or blankets and the sheet that was on the bed keept pulling off and you end up sleeping on the mattress that was covered in burn holes.

Location in Manila, Behind gas station forecourt meaning extra noise,dirt,smells and pollution, The map I was emailed with booking showed wrong location!!! causing extra hassle

Staff was quite friendly and helpful.
Location is awful. It's located on gasoline station, so expect a lot of noise and gas smell from outside. Actually you can't sleep there. It's seriously OVERPRICED. 1330P for standard double room on gas station? My advice: find another place to stay in Manila.
